Return & Refund Policies
Refunds end for Fall Semester August 28th, 2010
Returns Policy for New and Used Textbooks:
A receipt is required for all Refunds & Exchanges.
Returns or exchanges will be given on books which are:
- accompanied by original and complete cash register receipt.
- Textbook and course materials may be returned during the first week of classes
- unopened plastic wrapped merchandise and or bundle must be returned in its original condition
- a valid photo identification and your class schedule must be presented to the cashier before a refund will be issued.
We reserve the right to issue or deny a refund because of the condition of returned items. Please do not remove any stickers or shrink wrap.
CD’s, DVD’s , E-books, Clickers and Access Codes will be refunded by publisher after proper communication and /or Bookstore
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS ARE AS FOLLOWS :
- College schedules and catalogs
- Reference Books
- Study Aids
- Special Orders
- Clearance sale merchandise
- Audiotapes and programmed computer disks
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
All defective merchandise may be returned for replacement with a receipt, unless a manufacturer's warranty provides other means of replacement or repair.
